Sasya Restaurant, Thought Factory Design, 2010

Sasya (a Malayalam word for vegetable), is a new restaurant that caters towards the young professional vegetarian in South India. The majority of 'veg' restaurants are casual fast food places with communal seating, but Sasya breaks from tradition by creating a friendly environment perfect for a business lunch or to socialize with friends over dinner. By celebrating the quirky fell of the letter forms in Malayalam Sasya's identity takes something familiar and gives it a new twist.
